The Negombo Municipal Council has two sub-offices. That is, Kochchikade Sub-Office and Talahena Sub-Office. Mrs. M. C. D. Fernando is the duty officer in charge of the Talahena sub-office, and Mrs. A. P. C. Priyadharashani is the duty officer in charge of the Kochchikade sub-office.
